Get inspired by music that made a big splash on Broadway! Join us as we create our own unique oceanside adventure and experience memorable characters, delightful songs, and make waves! At the end of the week, there will be a performance in the BackStage Stage!

Kick off summer with a full week of theatre activities and events! Each day has its own theme that includes theatre games, short scripts, storytelling, improv activities, and prop building!

Monday, June 29: Beach Ball Boogie – Create a unique music video using beach balls and summer toys for inspiration!
Tuesday, June 30: Pool Noodle Productions – Make puppets and props with pool noodles for summer storytelling!
Wednesday, July 1: NO CAMP – statutory holiday
Thursday, July 2: Marshmallow Mysteries – Create a play inspired by camping, the great outdoors, and marshmallows!
Friday, July 3: Starfish and Seashells –  Join us for a day inspired by under the sea stories, music, and games!

This haunting folk opera by Anais Mitchell delivers a defiantly hopeful theatrical experience. Participants in this 3 week intensive program will be part of a tale that follows two intertwining stories of devotion that take us to the underworld and back. Music is inspired by folk and New Orleans Jazz in a tale that pits industry against nature, doubt against faith, and fear against love. Hadestown earned 8 Tony Awards, including Best Musical in 2019. There will be four fully produced performances on our mainstage July 25-26, 2026.

No experience is necessary and all registered participants are cast in the show. We will host an audition information session prior to casting auditions.

Be part of the team that designs the original look for our Musical Academy production of Hadestown Teen! Costumes, set, and props are an important element in any production. In this 3 week program, you will learn from our design professionals about how to take your ideas and implement them as part of our show. You will also have an opportunity to be part of the stage crew, integrally involved in each and every one of the four fully produced shows on our mainstage on July 25-26, 2026.

Learn about Shakespeare through the lens of Ian Doescher’s parody, “The Jedi Doth Return” which reimagines Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi in the style of Shakespearean plays, complete with Elizabethan language and iambic pentameter! Students will use this text as a basis to create their own version of the Jedi Doth Return to share with family and friends at the end of the week!

This high energy camp explores a new era each day, some based in history, and some rooted in imagination! Stories, character building, prop creation, and theatre games will be inspired by a different time period, introducing participants to endless ideas! This is a creative, confidence-building program that will spark friendships and encourage participants to imagine and play. The week ends with a short sharing for family and friends.

Ages 5 to 7: Adventures will include dinosaurs, pirates, and space cowboys!
Ages 8 to 10: Adventures will include medieval times, ancient Egypt, and out of this world civilizations!

This is a week of fantastical tales set in magical places, and our three age groups will all embark on different adventures!

Ages 5 to 7: Dragon Hunters – Our youngest participants will explore mighty dragons and other mythical creatures through stories, games, and enchanting characters. Parents and family members can join us for a sharing showcase at the end of the week.

Ages 8 to 10: Magic & Mischief – In this week of fantasy and fun, participants will create stories and characters through games and activities that focus on myths and magic. Parents and family members can join us for a sharing showcase at the end of the week.

SOLD OUT – Ages 11 to 14: Dungeons & Dragons – Participants will embark on a classic D&D adventure with our theatrical dungeon master! The morning will be spent with live action role play, character building, and storytelling and the afternoon the group will divide for gameplay. Explore heroic characters, villains, and those who are a bit of both alongside our theatre professionals, creating stories and characters that celebrate the comic and superhero genres! Students will share their creations with family and friends at the end of the week.

Ages 5 to 7: Mini Marvel Superhero Academy –  Participants will develop their own superhero and create a story that celebrates their character to be shared at the end of the week!

Ages 8 to 10: Comic Crusaders – Using comic book characters as inspiration, participants will develop their own characters and stories to be shared at the end of the week!

Ages 11 to 14: The Antihero Academy – Explore the fascinating world of the antihero; characters who, while seemingly not heroic, end up doing the right thing and saving the day! We will start with comic book examples and then create our own unique characters to be shared at the end of the week.
