Showtime introduces script work for emerging readers with an opportunity for students to create short scenes that will be shared with family and friends at the conclusion of the program.  This is a great lead into our One Act Wonder performance class.

Tuesdays – 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Fall Session –  September 10th 2024 – November 26th 2024

Build confidence and have fun as you develop improvisational skills through theatre games and activities. Learn how to connect with new friends and find out how improv can help with storytelling and character building. This class is a continuation of the PLAYgound and StorySTAGE programs, but can also be taken without the earlier programs as our professional faculty tailor the class to the experience of the participants.

Winter Session –  January 9th – April 3rd 2025

FUNdamentals 1 is a high-energy foundation building program, using improvisation and creation theatre in addition to text to explore mini monologues and short scenes.  Students will start to develop a sense of their creative self as they work in our safe and encouraging learning space and share their work with family and friends at the end of the session.  This is a great follow up to our PLAYground program but can also be a “first” theatre program.
