PLAYdate 2026

Persephone Theatre Is excited to have a third season of PLAYdate programs running with all of our mainstage shows this season!

Our programs are being held to coincide with SUNDAY matinee performances. This means that with the purchase of a show ticket, parents and caregivers can register their children, ages 4 and up, for a fun afternoon of free activities with the Persephone Theatre School! Games, music, and crafts inspired by the mainstage show, another event at the theatre, or seasonal activities will keep the kids entertained while you enjoy the show!

When we have enough students, we split into two groups; ages 5 to 8, and ages 9 to 12.

Theatre school staff are theatre professionals who love working with kids. Parents and caregivers can relax knowing that their children are not only being cared for in a safe space, but are also having fun!

February 8, 2026- To coincide with our mainstage production of The Romeo Initiative

March 15, 2026 – To coincide with our mainstage production of Rubaboo: A Métis Cabaret

May 3, 2026 – To coincide with our mainstage production of Blithe Spirit
